Hari ni cuti.... Federal Territory Day... i'm going out kejap lg.. nak pegi bank kat shah alam laa... KL cuti hari ni kan...
I started my day browsing through the news.. nothing much to share... balik2 cerita yg sama and i'm sick of political "issues" in Malaysia... Masing2 duk cari kesalahan org lain.. instead of that kenapa la xleh bersatu and do whatever they think the best for everybody.. Ermm maybe fahaman politik masing2 berlainan kot... but can't we do something to integrate them together as we are living in the same country??
We should treat people as how we want to be treated.. jangan aniaya org... tak kira la in the workplace, family, neighbourhood, society...etc.. Tuhan tu maha adil...even kat dunia pun Dia boleh bayar cash... Nowadays kat mana2 ada politics... but i don't want to discuss seriously about political issues in this blog... not interested.. as for me everything which is being politicized cannot be trusted..... muahaha.. i guess i've been living in my own world all these while :-p
I want to highlight that we should learn and admit that nobody is perfect.. allow people and even ourselves to make mistakes and learn from it... when giving serious comments or critics especially on how people behave... or how people do their job..etc... all the critics should come together with the suggestion of improvements...no need to "maki hamun" ..cakap elok2 pun org boleh faham gak :-p unless you are talking to the "monkeys"... then you should use monkey's language..
As the trend nowadays, people are more outspoken and dare to share their believe and thoughts... that is definitely a good thing but if it is uncontrolled...it might lead to chaos... personal opinion might based on what have been heard and based on the assumptions. sometimes it comes without a solid proof... and even worse, if got proof, it is still not 100% trustable.. people can manipulate things easily nowadays... there comes the phrase " it looks like me....sounds like me but that doesn't mean it is me "... muahaha welcome to the untrustable world...
Responding to the critics or comments also need skills.. hehe.. dont get too emotionally influenced with the comments.. see from whom the comments or critics are from.. then you should focus more on the positive side...how it can improve your work / personality.. evaluate yourself based on it.. ask somebody to help you in the evaluating process.. third party's opinion sometimes can help.. but also depends on what type of person are the evaluator :-p
Don't just sit down and wait for people to tell us what to do, be proactive and explore things in our own way. We wouldn't know the consequences unless we give it a try... be brave! show your guts.. * i don't really mean that you should show yours =)) * lariiii..... muahaha
and one more thing which I always keep in my mind..
try to improve ourselves instead of pointing fingers to others ;)
that's my 2 cent's thoughts....
